Meet the Owner: Tom Shearman
When you call Top Notch Plumbing Services Inc., you’re not just another name on a schedule. You’re a neighbor who needs a hand, and I take that seriously. I’m Tom Shearman, the owner, and one of the things I love most about running my own plumbing business is getting to know the people I serve. When you work with us, you deal directly with me, not someone behind a desk who doesn’t know your situation.
I’ve always believed good plumbing service is about more than fixing a leak or replacing a water heater. It’s about showing up, listening, doing the job right, and treating people the way you’d want your own family treated. I know plumbing problems can throw your whole day off, and I’ll go out of my way to find a solution whenever I can. Sometimes that means putting in a little extra time or going a few extra miles. To me, that’s just part of taking care of people.
Don’t just take my word for it. Here’s what one of our customers had to say:
“Tom, the owner, provided same-day service, including driving to Charlotte from Troutman to get the needed part.” – David S.
That’s the kind of service I want people to remember. I’m proud to be part of this community, and I don’t take it lightly when someone trusts me with their home or business. Whether it’s a small repair or a bigger plumbing project, you can count on me for straight answers, honest recommendations, and the personal attention you deserve. I look forward to meeting you!
